Day 2:  Josh Duntz, STASIS

The importance of breath
Easy breathing practice

Josh developed his passion for breathwork and human performance during his ten-year career in the Navy’s Special Operations community. While transitioning out of the military, Josh was looking for a holistic approach to stress management and performance optimization, which led to the founding of STASIS. He now works with patients recovering from COVID-19 and military operators and their families to deliver proven breathing techniques to lower stress and anxiety while increasing overall performance. Josh has completed a 100-hour breathwork certification course. He is consistently researching and experimenting with delivering the best breathwork practices currently backed by science. Please schedule your appointment with him below to get started on your breathwork journey and experience Stasis for yourself.
